LENR Commercial News:
1.) Astral Systems Astral systems – A new class of Fusion Reactor is now offering their first product based on NASA’s Lattice Confined Fusion work:
“Based in Bristol, UK, Astral Systems was founded in 2021. Our Multi-State Fusion (MSF) reactor is a versatile, compact, and cost-effective solution for on-demand neutron production. We leverage cutting-edge fusion discoveries out of NASA and are continually advancing the effectiveness of our MSF technology. We offer high-flux neutron sources for decentralized and scale medical isotope production, nuclear power applications, and much more. Our first Mk1 product is now available for order with a fusion neutron performance that has a 10x higher output and over 10x longer lifetime than any compact neutron source on the planet.”

1.) Possible mechanism of low-energy nuclear transformations
A. G. Parkhomov/Ekaterina Belousova
Experiments show that low–energy nuclear transformations are the work of weak nuclear interactions, which can affect not only one atom, but also several atoms. This should be the basis for explaining the phenomenon of low-energy (cold) nuclear transformations. The hypothesis that neutrino-antineutrino pairs capable of nuclear transformations are formed in hot matter, especially matter containing many free electrons, for example, in metals, as well as the involvement of statistical physics, make it possible to explain not only the fundamental possibility of low-energy nuclear transformations, but also the experimentally discovered properties of this phenomenon. The article is based on reports made at the 28th Conference on Cold Transmutations of Nuclei and Ball lightning Physics

2.) New Material for Deuterium Separation at Higher Temperatures
A novel porous material capable of separating deuterium from hydrogen at a temperature of 120 K (-153°C) has been introduced. This opens a pathway for sustainable industrial-scale isotope separation using existing liquefied natural gas (LNG) infrastructure.

3.) Proposal: Radiation Risk and Cold Fusion Hypothesis in Quartz Glass Hydrogen Processing Target Organizations
Quartz glass substrates are essential materials in the semiconductor, optics, and telecommunications industries. In recent years, unexplained health issues and equipment malfunctions have been reported at processing sites, but the possibility of radiation exposure has not been sufficiently investigated. This proposal examines the theoretical potential for radiation emissions during quartz glass manufacturing and presents a risk assessment and recommended countermeasures.
4.) Gigagauss magnetic field generation by bladed microtube implosion
D. Pan ; M. Murakami
A powerful new technique harnesses swirling plasma inside laser-blasted microtubes to produce record-breaking magnetic fields—rivaling those near neutron stars—all within a compact laboratory lasers?

5.) NHFE Tech Report 2025/7/15
New Hydrogen Fusion Energy is Practical Technology
Akito Takahashi (CTO NHF-Energy Inc., Professor Emeritus Osaka University)
Joji Hachisuka (CEO NHF-Energy Inc.)
Key point of cold fusion physics is that it should happen under the ordering (equivalently
constraint) conditions of condensed matter with finite trapping time (effective lifetime)
by deepened dynamic trapping potential wells, for which reaction rate formula is
drastically different (very enhanced mode due to longer lifetime) from those by random
two body collision process for plasma fusion and beam-target fusion.
