ARPA-e LENR Program Kickoff

The U.S. Department of Energy’s ARPA-e division began a program to fund exploratory research in LENR and earlier this year chose eight projects from around the country to participate in a $10 million funding stream.

A Kickoff meeting was held in Washington, D.C. on Friday, September 8, 2023 for the teams selected for support and presentation files have been posted. See project descriptions here.

This program began after an educational campaign that included a LENR Workshop in 2021. The LENR research community gave a summary of the state of research though only a few at the workshop were awarded funding.
